Story
Our history is deeply rooted in the rich history of Georgian viticulture. For centuries, our ancestors cultivated grapes and made wine using time-honored methods that were passed down from generation to generation. Central to our winemaking tradition is the use of the qvevri. This vessel, which embodies the spirit of a unique Georgian process, allows the wine to ferment and age naturally, as well as create a distinctive flavor characteristic of our local terroirs.
