Red dry wine "Mthvaris Kotsna" (Moon's Kiss) is crafted from Saperavi grapes harvested in the Kakheti region. Fermentation took place in an Italian amphora, with a six-month maceration on the skins (full chacha). Following fermentation, the wine was aged for twelve months in French oak barrels.
